Christopher Gourley saw the potential for business development that connects Nova Scotia to the rest of the world. Summit Vehicle Storage was born from a simple concept and evolved from grand ideas into what it is today.

Quotes provided by Summit are based on season, availability and full exterior length (bumper to bumper) of the vehicle. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days. Summit reserves the right to measure the Item for accurate billing purposes and the Owner will be bound by any resulting changes to the storage rates retroactive to the start of this Agreement.
Upon booking a non-refundable deposit will be charged to your card. The deposit will be refunded when you drop your vehicle off on the scheduled date.
Billing begins once a vehicle enters storage. If the storage period begins on or after the 15th day of the month, the invoice will be prorated at .6 of the monthly billing period, as quoted. The first month in storage is the only month that will be prorated.
Billing recurs every month on the 1st day of the month. The month is to be paid in full regardless of the exit day.
For example: If a vehicle is scheduled to leave on the 9th day of the month, the owner will be billed for the full month. If a deposit was paid, the deposit covers this month and is defined as the final month in storage.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash, Cheques, E-Transfers, PayPal, and Wire Transfers.
Overdue accounts will be charged an interest of .025% of the total amount owing each month. Summit reserves the right to withhold vehicles from leaving the property until the account is paid in full.
Summit is fully insured for any negligence on its part, with extensive insurance for exposures as well as collision and comprehensive insurance for operating and moving customers’ vehicles.
Customers must carry comprehensive insurance to protect their exposure to events beyond our control such as wind, fire etc.
Customers are advised to contact their insurance provider, as a discounted rate may apply while the vehicle is in storage.
Summit does not allow maintenance of the vehicle by the owner during the storage period, as this opens the risk of damage to surrounding vehicles. If accessible, a Summit employee may be able to access or assist a client to enter the vehicle during storage, on a case-by-case basis. Additional charges may apply.
Summit offers pre-scheduled in-and-out privileges as communicated at the beginning of the storage agreement - this determines the placement of the vehicle near an exit.
Summit reserves the right to keep the Item in storage until the end date stated on the storage agreement.In the case of an emergency, and the storage agreements must be terminated, additional charges may apply to remove the unit from storage.
Summit requires three (3) full business day’s advance notice of a valet or taxi service.
The hours of operation for taxi and valet service are 8 am - 4 pm. The Owner is responsible for the airport exit fee.
After-hours taxi and valet arrangements will be made on an individual account, depending on the request.
Our locations are equipped with a 24/7 security system and onsite employees.
Summit Vehicle Storage reserves the right to apply additional service fees under specific circumstances, including:

Last-Minute Requests: If services are requested with minimal notice, additional fees may be applied due to the need for expedited arrangements.

Weekend Requests: Services requested for weekends may incur additional fees due to higher operational costs and scheduling constraints during these times.

After-Hours Requests: If services are requested outside of normal business hours, additional fees may be charged to accommodate staffing and logistical adjustments required to fulfill such requests.

Gourley Holdings provides first-rate service! I am now in my second year of storing a trailer and a truck here, for very long periods (10 months per year). Chris is quick to communicate, professional and very accommodating [for example, we needed to go into the city the day before scheduled drop off and he let us leave the trailer free of charge so we didn't have to tow it around town]. This year we paid to have our truck waiting at the airport; it was well worth the very reasonable expense. The truck was waiting for us, and Chris sent a text and email with its exact location a half an hour before our flight landed (right outside the arrivals hall). He also winterized our trailer for us, and the trailer was in top notch condition on pick up. Overall, excellent service and great, dry facilities to keep your equipment in fine shape. We're back as repeat customers and would HIGHLY recommend Chris and Gourley Holdings for storage.

Chris was very helpful. He provided inside storage for our car while we were away traveling. After we dropped our car, he provided transportation to our downtown hotel, and on our return he picked us up at our airport hotel and drove us back to his facility. He was friendly, prompt, and professional at all times and I would use his service again in a heartbeat.
Highly recommend this for all your storage needs. Chris is extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. We stored our camping truck here for 10 months after our cross-Canada road trip. He gave us a ride to the airport and also picked us up at a very reasonable price. When we picked up our truck it was in excellent condition. Highly recommend, and we will be using Chris' services again!
